Parenting is a beautiful experience and journey that can be cherished lifelong by parents as well as children. Of late parenthood has become too stressful to handle for some parents. Nuclear family set-ups, too much stress on formal education, competition, ever-changing technology, and decreasing human connections are all challenging parents to deliver their best in the testing times.

Many parents are going through phases of self-doubt and confusion and are feeling inadequate in terms of the skills required. Children are also equally suffering in the process.

This book is an attempt to guide parents with inputs on how to look at different aspects of parenting in day-to-day life. The major conflict-causing issues between parents and children have been discussed in detail. Specific concerns of parents regarding children viz., career, academic grades, communication, emotion control, self-destructive habits, circle of influence, sibling rivalry, discipline, and social media addiction, etc. are addressed with solutions to improve the situation.

Small changes in how the parents look at different areas, and following the ideas provided in the book may help parents and children have stress-free lives and great bonding.
